No REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Low risk pregnancy- PT's with pre-existing problems history of twins history of toxemia pyelonephritis hyperemesis etc. FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE Level I/screening viability Routine delivery- vaginal low forceps decision-making for a C-section Complicated delivery - C-section breech multiple births abruptions etc. VBAC's Repair of 3rd amp 4th degree lacerations PREFERRED EXPERIENCE High risk pregnancy- PT. with toxemia diabetes Class II or higher Cardiacs chronic lung problems chronic renal disease etc. Performs OB ultrasounds Interprets OB ultrasounds Level II/targeted anatomic Office/minor gynecology- IUD Cystoscopy colposcopy cryosurgery LEEP etc.Travel RequirementsMust send provider flights and lodging info 4 weeks before start. Flights - Up to 750 RT capLodging - Reimbursed by Receipt - 150/night before taxes and fees Car rental - Reimbursed by Receipt - up to an economy car cap.Mileage - IRS Standard Rate.
