This role offers a mix of clinic and inpatient responsibilities while working alongside an established cardiothoracic surgery team. Position Overview • Start: As soon as credentialed Assignment Length: Through July 2026 Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Setting: Clinic + Hospital Practice Details • Rounding on cardiothoracic surgery inpatients Seeing 10–14 clinic patients per day Collaborative team environment including: 2 Cardiothoracic Surgeons APP support RN and LPN clinic staff Responsibilities • Post-operative and inpatient cardiothoracic care Clinic follow-ups and patient evaluations Coordinating care with cardiothoracic surgery team Supporting surgical patient management and recovery ✔ Requirements • Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Prior Cardiothoracic Surgery experience required Comfortable managing both clinic and inpatient CT surgery patients ⭐ Ideal for an experienced CT Surgery APP looking for a longer-term locum assignment with a collaborative surgical team.
