Physician Assistant | Surgery - Vascular Location: Maryland Employer: Austin Major Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 4 days x 10 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide post-operative vascular surgery coverage at a Level II Trauma Center in Maryland. This is a floor-based role with no OR responsibilities. Overview 3–4 shifts per week Shifts vary Mon-Thurs and Fri-Sun 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts) All floor patient post op care NO OR COVERAGE EMR: Epic Responsibilities Rounding on post-operative vascular surgery patients Managing consults and discharges Secondary coverage for post-op thoracic surgery patients and ICU (not primary service) Independent practice (will work solo) Requirements Board Certified NP or PA Active Maryland license DEA & CSR required BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 3 years of experience Background in Vascular, Cardiovascular, or Cardiothoracic Surgery accepted
