We are seeking dedicated and skilled healthcare providers to join our fast-paced, community-centered urgent care centers. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat adult and pediatric patients (6 months and older) with a wide range of urgent care conditions Perform minor procedures such as I&D, Lac repairs, ear irrigations, and more Manage a high volume of patients efficiently while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care Utilize Epic EMR for all charting and documentation with proper training and support Work independently as the sole provider at your center, collaborating with onsite support staff and supervised by an offsite physician when needed Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 12 months of urgent care or emergency medicine experience Board-certified as a PA (NCCPA) or Family Nurse Practitioner (certified with relevant boards) Current certifications including BLS, NC DEA, and valid PA or NP license Proficiency with EMR systems, specifically Epic, is essential Excellent soft skills with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and support teams Ability to manage high patient volumes with professionalism and positive attitude Nice to Have Skills: Experience with high-volume urgent care environments Skilled in performing minor procedures and office-based interventions Prior experience working independently as the sole provider in a healthcare setting Preferred Education & Experience: PA with a current NCCPA certification or Family Nurse Practitioner with active certification and licensure At least 12 months of relevant clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings Comfortable working within a 60-mile radius of your residence due to local practice requirements Other Requirements: Must be a local candidate residing within 60 miles of the facility (reimbursement limited to 60 miles) Ability to participate in scheduled clinical screenings, EMR training, and onboarding Willingness to work at multiple urgent care locations within the designated radius as needed Compliance with all credentialing, licensure, and certification requirements prior to scheduling shifts If you're ready to deliver high-impact urgent care, thrive in a collaborative environment, and grow your professional expertise, we want to hear from you!
