Required Skills Proven experience in general urology practice Proficiency in performing cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsies, and UDS testing Exceptional patient communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently during on-call periods with APP backup support Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and participate in call rotations Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience in a hospital or outpatient setting Ability to perform in-office procedures confidently Familiarity with managing a busy clinic environment Certification in Urology or relevant postgraduate training Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board certification or eligibility in Urology At least 2 years of clinical Urology practice preferred, but outstanding new graduates are encouraged to apply Other Requirements: Valid medical license to practice in the state Availability for a schedule of approximately 10-12 days per month for locum roles; full-time candidates should be available starting June 8, 2026 Willingness to participate in call rotations (most take 3-4 days per month) Coverage includes clinic work, scheduled OR time, and on-call duties, including weekends Our benefits include competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, a robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid sick leave, and reimbursement for licensure, certification, travel, and other eligible expenses.
