We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician Assistant (PA) - Surgery - Cardiothoracic to join our team in Clinton Township, MI. In this role, you will provide comprehensive surgical care and support to patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient safety. Perform pre-operative assessments, assist during surgeries, and manage post-operative care in a fast-paced surgical environment. Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Conduct patient examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and families about procedures, recovery, and follow-up care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols. Skills And Qualifications Current PA license and certification in Michigan. Strong knowledge of cardiothoracic surgical procedures and perioperative care. Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical decision-making skills.
