Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Jupiter, FL Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the Position We are seeking full‑time Anesthesiologists for a locum tenens assignment providing weekday daytime anesthesia coverage in a high‑volume surgical environment. The role follows a supervision‑heavy care model, with approximately 80% supervision and 20% hands‑on case management. The clinical case mix includes general surgery, orthopedics, GI, robotics, OB, radiology, endoscopy, ophthalmology, plastics, ENT, and neuro procedures. There is no trauma coverage, and cardiac cases are managed by a dedicated cardiac anesthesia team. Epic EMR is used for documentation. Shift Details: Day shifts Monday–Friday with 7:00 AM start times Schedule includes either five 8‑hour shifts or five 10‑hour shifts Beeper call required Weeknight beeper call: one week per month (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) Weekend beeper call: 24‑hour coverage one weekend per month Care team model includes anesthesiologists and a large CRNA team Coverage Dates / Schedule: Must be able to start by June 1, 2026 Full‑time availability required every week of the month Minimum commitment of four weeks per month Ongoing coverage need Requirements MD specializing in Anesthesiology Board Certified in Anesthesiology (required) Active Florida medical license required or proof of application upon approval ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required Ability to provide 24 months of case logs within 5 days of credentialing approval Clean background with no clinical, legal, or pending issues No more than 10 prior professional affiliations Out‑of‑state candidates only (primary residence must be outside Florida) Must provide copy of out‑of‑state driver’s license at submission Willingness to participate in a clinical interview with site leadership Credentialing timeframe approximately 120 days (no expedited process) Benefits Predictable weekday daytime schedule Structured beeper call rotation Diverse, high‑volume surgical case mix Supervision‑focused anesthesia care model Large, established anesthesia team Meals provided daily during shifts Epic EMR system Credentialing support available
