Doctor of Medicine | Anesthesiology - General/Other Location: Opelousas, LA Employer: Delta Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Overview Setting: 195 Bed Hospital, Level 3 Trauma Start dates: May - Ongoing (reach out for the specific dates and shifts needed for May-July) Patient Volume: 10-12 patients per day Job Details: Shifts run 6am-3pm with night call, weekends 24-hour call 6am-6am, No heads or hearts, no supervision, will do own cases, all OR cases and C-sections are done with a CRNA Required Procedures: Bread and Butter, sometimes: Emergency C-Section, Urgent Cystoscopy, and Acute abdomen Client Requirements: LA license or will reimburse for IMLC licenses after 10 shifts, BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology EMR: Cerner Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel arrangements and credentialing, and will cover malpractice.
