This position requires coverage in the hospital operating rooms endoscopy unit cardiac lab and ambulatory surgery center. Schedule: Looking for June and July coverage with possibility of sporadic coverage. Client is looking for 1-2 FTES. No call is required for CRNAs. They have 1 CRNA in house for evenings nights weekends.This position will be supervised but they need to be able to function independently. MDs supervise 1:4 ratio and 1:2 for cardiac so the MD is not always in the room.Patient Demographic: Adult Geriatric and 16.Will have scrub techs RN circulators Anesthesia techs.15 Main ORs 4 ASCBlocks are not required.Trauma Level 2EMR: EpicWill reimburse for all travelClient will consider locum locum to perm and perm candidates! Rates to be submitted: Malpractice rates must be include in ratesOrientation RateHourly Holiday HourlyOvertime Overtime is paid after a scheduled shift of 0700-1730 and not after 40 hours worked. The CRNA's can work 50 hours but it would be at their rate until they work after 1730 daily. Holiday overtimeConversion Fee: 15k Tier 1: Hourly: 260 and below Tier 2: Hourly: 261-300 Trinity Health does not reimburse for any application or credentialing fees.
