(8-hour shift) Night Call: $1,200 to hold the pager (includes 2.5 gratis hours) Weekend Call: $3,000 per 24-hour off-site coverage (includes 4 gratis hours) Callbacks: $450/hr. after gratis hours are met Average Callback Time: 7.5 hours on weekdays; 5.9 hours on weekends
