What You’ll Do: Provide full-scope outpatient cardiology services, seeing approximately 20 patients per day. Deliver compassionate, high-level care in a primarily outpatient setting at Dignity Health Medical Center. Be part of a supportive team including MAs, RNs, and a clinic supervisor, working together to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Perform no procedures, focusing solely on outpatient general cardiology assessments and management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Board Certified in Cardiology (Board Eligible candidates will not be considered). Must have completed residency and fellowship training at an accredited US or Canadian institution. Current CA medical license or ability to acquire one promptly. Excellent communication and clinical skills focused on outpatient care. Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a Cerner EMR environment. Prior outpatient cardiology practice, especially in busy clinic settings. Preferred Education & Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school in the US or Canada. Proven successful outpatient cardiology experience. Ability to manage a high patient volume efficiently and compassionately. Additional Requirements: Credentialing process expected to take 60-90 days; foundation privileges only. Must be able to start around the end of June or early July. This position involves a schedule of 8-hour days Monday-Thursday and Friday mornings, with 4-5 days per week commitment.
