Join Our Team as a Dermatology Physician – Make a Difference in Patient Care We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dermatology Physician to provide exceptional outpatient dermatology services within a dynamic healthcare setting. This pivotal role offers the flexibility to work in a collaborative environment, managing diverse dermatological cases for adult and pediatric patients in the Bay Area or Northern California. Required Skills Minimum of 1 year recent experience in dermatology Proficiency with Epic EMR system Board Certified in Dermatology; Board Eligible candidates are also welcome Eligible for CA Medical License and DEA registration Ability to perform biopsies and manage diverse dermatological cases Comfortable managing pediatric patients aged 13 and older Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in outpatient settings Nice to Have Skills Experience with teledermatology platforms and remote case management Previous experience in outpatient clinic environments Knowledge of complex medical dermatology beyond general practice Preferred Education and Experience Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Valid California medical license At least one year of recent dermatology experience in a clinical setting Other Requirements Local residency within the Bay Area or Northern California to minimize travel expenses Flexibility to work Thursdays, Wednesday afternoons, Mondays (mornings and afternoons), and occasional remote video consults Support from nursing staff; patient load roughly 24 per day Contract duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension or ongoing assignment Willingness to participate in some on-call duties, either in-person or via teledermatology Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay rate of $296.40 Competitive pay packages with weekly direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2 employment) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and federal laws Reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses 24/7 dedicated support team committed to your professional success We encourage qualified dermatologists seeking a flexible, rewarding opportunity to apply now.
