Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Orange Park, FL Employer: Rhino Medical Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Orange Park, Florida Emergency Medicine Physician Locum Tenens (Cross-Credentialed Sites) Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking ABEM Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians for a new Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED) opportunity in the North Florida market . This program includes cross-credentialing across multiple regional EDs , providing both scheduling flexibility and a wide variety of practice environments. Assignment Highlights Location: North Florida (Tallahassee/Jacksonville region) Contract Type: Locum Tenens – Emergency Medicine Start Date: November 1, 2025 (tentative; temp privileges available for clean files) Duration: Short-term (3–6 months), with ongoing potential Shifts Needed: ~45 shifts per month across credentialed sites Shift Times: 12-hour blocks | 7a–7p & 7p–7a Coverage: All shift types (days/nights/weekends/holidays) Primary Site Program Details Annual Volume: ~18,000 visits Beds: 10 Patients/Hour: ~2 APP Support: None EMR: Meditech Admitting Orders: Not required Trauma Designation: None Cross-Credentialing This assignment provides full cross-credentialing across multiple regional ED sites , ranging from high-acuity main hospital EDs to community-based FSEDs. Providers will enjoy expanded scheduling options and consistent work volume across the system. Candidate Requirements Board Certification/Eligibility: ABEM (must certify within 5 years of training) Certifications: ATLS (required and must be maintained) Licensure: Active Florida medical license + DEA Experience: Residency-trained in Emergency Medicine Why This Opportunity?
