Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Gilroy, CA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Days - 9 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join Our Team as a Family Practice Physician – Make a Difference Every Day! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to provide high-quality outpatient care across diverse settings, including mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities. This is a dynamic opportunity to serve patients of all ages, from children to adults, in a fast-paced, community-focused environment that values your expertise and commitment. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Active CA Medical License (in-hand) DEA Certification BLS Certification Minimum of 2+ Years of clinical experience Fluency in Spanish required; ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations Willingness to work in both mobile clinic and fixed-site settings Strong clinical skills and comfort managing patients of all ages Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Nice to Have Skills: Board Certification in Family Practice (preferred but not required) Experience working in outpatient clinics, school-based clinics, or mobile health services Knowledge of EMR systems, preferably EPIC Flexibility to adapt to changing daily priorities and community needs Preferred Education and Experience: Medical Degree (MD) Proven track record of delivering comprehensive outpatient care Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Other Requirements: Ability to attend a full week of orientation (Monday to Friday) Willing to split your time between mobile clinics and brick-and-mortar facilities Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally sensitive care Flexibility to work a 5x8-hour shift (10:00 am – 7:00 pm) This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $170.43, with a contract length ranging from 13 to 26 weeks starting as soon as possible.
