Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Massachusetts Employer: Consilium Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Facility in Cambridge Massachusetts is searching for a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatrics Physician Open to Physicians Only Provide comprehensive primary care to PACE participants Manage chronic and acute medical conditions Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings Coordinate care with nursing, social work, and therapy staff Document care in the electronic medical record Smaller patient panels due to high patient complexity Work at a Long Term Care Facility SUPPORT STAFF APP and Physician coverage: Yes EMR: Epic and PointClickCare.
