We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Geriatrics to provide exceptional care to elderly patients in Chicago, IL, based in Rockford, Illinois. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments, develop individualized care plans, and manage chronic conditions to improve patients' quality of life. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care, address complex medical issues, and provide patient and family education.
