Required Skills: Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Oncology Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Experience managing complex hematologic and oncologic cases Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Nice to Have Skills: Research experience or publication in hematology or oncology Additional certifications in related specialties or subspecialties Familiarity with emerging treatments and clinical trial procedures Multilingual skills to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Fellowship training in Hematology and Oncology preferred At least 3 years of clinical experience in a similar setting Other Requirements: Valid medical license to practice in the designated state Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development Ability to work flexible hours as needed Travel may be required for conferences or specialty consultations This is an outstanding chance to join a vibrant healthcare community committed to excellence and innovation.
