Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Pennsylvania Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified Hematologist for a long-term locum opportunity to support an established cancer program while permanent recruitment is underway. This is a full-time clinic role with strong APP and nursing support and no weekend call . Assignment Details Start: Late April / Early May 2026 Duration: Minimum 6 months Commitment: Full-time preferred (part-time considered with minimum 2 weeks/month ) Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 1-hour lunch included All charting completed during scheduled hours Overtime only for extenuating circumstances (pre-approved) Clinical Focus Malignant Hematology Leukemia & lymphoma No bone marrow transplant patients New patient consults & follow-ups New visits: ~45 minutes Follow-ups: ~20 minutes No procedures required APPs perform all bone marrow biopsies Patient Volume & Support 15–20 patients per day Strong multidisciplinary team Physicians, APPs, RNs, and MAs EMR: Epic Call Responsibilities Weeknight pager call only (Mon–Thu, 5 PM – 8 AM) Fellows cover overnight call Locum physician serves as second-call only No weekend call ✅ Requirements Board Certified – Hematology BLS & ACLS Pennsylvania medical license strongly preferred Licensing candidates considered Active DEA ✈️ Travel & Lodging Comprehensive travel support available (hotel, flight, car, mileage, parking, tolls, luggage, gas) Excellent long-term locum opportunity with a predictable schedule, outpatient focus, minimal call, and excellent clinical support.
