May 2026 - Ongoing WV License Preferred (Will take CRNAs with Multistate Licenses) 5 x 10-hour shifts Only; Monday - Frida No Weekends required No Call Cases: General, GI, Ortho, Endo, OB (Spinals), Thoracic, and Healthy Peds A-Lines Preferred but not Required No Heads, Hearts, Sick Peds EMR: Epic
