Candidates must have a clean file and availability as soon as April. ICU management required with ventilator management and procedural competency Provider must have completed a residency in IM or FM Residents Accepted with 1-2 years of experience Active NY Medical License and DEA w-NY address and schedules 2, N, 3, 3N, 4 and 5. ABIMS or FM or must be board eligible ACLS AHA, ATLS and PALS Case logs for past two years and CME from past 2 years. ICU management required with ventilator management and procedural competency. Required Infection Control Certificate. NY license and DEA. All other state licenses. ABIM / ABFMwithin 5 years of Residency. All education certificates. 50 CME's. 24 months of logs showing min of 30 encounters. ACLS. TB. Flu shot.
