Doctor of Medicine | Internal Medicine - General/Other Location: Lafayette, LA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty Ochsner Lafayette General Medical Center-AP-Physician-0011 State LA Location 1214 Coolidge St. Lafayette Louisiana 70503 Requirements Active State Medical License, CDS, & DEA (with LA address) required to start credentialing process, Board Certified or Board Eligible in ABIM. Must be residency trained in Specialty Certified in (only recognize board certification through American Board of Medical Specialties ABMS) , ACLS, BLS, CME past 2 years, case logs past 2 years, copies of all education & training diplomas, SS Card, Driver's license, color photo, Flu, malpractice coverage since Residency and including Residency. Will accept H-1B and candidates. PPD no longer required.
