Position Overview: Specialty: Maternal Fetal Medicine Start Date: May 10, 2026 Contract Length: Ongoing, with potential for long-term extension Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Work Setting: Clinic-based, with support staff including 2 RNs, 2 MAs, and 2 APPs Patient Load: Approx. 25 patients per day Department Beds: 10 Requirements Key Responsibilities: Perform ultrasound interpretation and provide consultative services for high-risk pregnancies. Manage a variety of conditions including pregnancy-induced hypertension, HELLP syndrome, diabetes, cardiac and pulmonary disorders, autoimmune diseases, and more. Offer genetic counseling , amniocentesis , and level II targeted ultrasounds . Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient care and outcomes. Call is optional but preferred for additional compensation. Ideal Candidate: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Maternal Fetal Medicine PA License (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum Experience: 1 year in MFM Certifications Required: BLS, DEA EMR Experience: Proficient in EPIC Preferred Skills: Strong diagnostic ultrasound skills, particularly for level II targeted ultrasounds and echocardiography . Expertise in managing high-risk pregnancies, including multiple gestation , placenta previa/abruption , and vaginal deliveries .
