Doctor of Medicine | Obstetrics and Gynecology Location: Arcata, CA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 2 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State CA Location 770 10th Street, Arcata, CA 95521 Requirements CNM role without delivery, outpatient clinic only. 3+ years of experience in the office, seeing both High-Risk and Low-Risk OB, proficiency in dating ultrasounds, and experience with newborn care, preferred EPIC experience. See attached for more details on the position. (An experienced women's health NP who has done high-risk OB, we could consider it for the locum position, if they meet the attached requirements.) Candidate CVs need to have the month & date on their work experience w/all gaps in employment accounted for. Chart closure within 72 hours Monday-Friday 8-5 Active DEA is needed before the start Credentialing takes 30-90 days (six weeks is common if the provider submits app./supporting documents timely) The following immunizations are required for credentialing (before start date): Flu Vaccine, TB Status/X-Ray Results (results must be within the 90 days before start date), Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series, Tdap Immunization (must be within the last 10 years). 3 Peer References will be required to validate skills. They must be at an equal or higher training level and have worked with the locum within the last two years. HCO & Vendor agree to a 30-day notice for ending all assignments.
