Both Patient demographics: Adults Average patients per day: Average number of deliveries per 24 hours is 1-2 Required Procedures: Vaginal delivery C-section assist managing any laboring patients induction of labor's triaging patients that may come into LD FSE placement IUPC placement vaginal laceration repair for grade 1 2 perineal lacerations. Required clinical activity in the last 24 months case logs: Applicant must provide documentation of provision of obstetrics and/or gynecology services as applicable representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months Will provider work solo?
