Our distinguished healthcare organization is looking for a dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to provide vital call coverage supporting our dynamic hospital team. Play a critical role in managing complex obstetric cases, ensuring maternal and fetal well-being, and working in a collaborative environment that values your expertise. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Valid medical license and board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care and surgical procedures, including C-sections, tubal ligations, and operative vaginal deliveries Ability to interpret and utilize electronic medical records (EMR), preferably EPIC Strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently with multidisciplinary teams Flexibility to manage 24-hour call shifts with professionalism and compassion Nice to Have Skills: Experience in high-risk obstetrics or maternal-fetal medicine Familiarity with providing care in a hospital setting without in-house presence Additional certifications in advanced obstetric practices or surgical skills Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 2 years of clinical experience in obstetrics and gynecology, ideally in a hospital-based environment Prior experience managing labor and delivery, antepartum, postpartum, and surgical care Other Requirements: Willingness to participate in scheduled coverage dates, including June 18, 2026, and July/August dates as listed, with ongoing coverage options Ability to handle on-call responsibilities with minimal onsite presence, utilizing support staff effectively Certifications in CPR, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) are preferred Adherence to all applicable state, federal, and local laws, including licensure and certification requirements Elevate your career by providing outstanding obstetric and gynecologic care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
