Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to women, especially in high-pressure obstetric situations? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician to deliver comprehensive prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care in a dynamic hospital setting. You will play a vital role in managing high-risk pregnancies, supporting maternal health, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for mothers and babies. Required Skills Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology Valid MN medical license or IMLC certification for those without MN license Experience handling high-risk pregnancies, including trauma Level I or II experience Proficiency in emergency obstetric procedures and interventions Strong knowledge of electronic health records, specifically Epic/Electscian and Obix systems Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills BLS certification Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in a Level II nursery environment Familiarity with maternal fetal medicine (MFM) support systems Previous work as an OB hospitalist provider Ability to work flexible hours including 12-hour or 24-hour shifts Advanced skills in obstetrical procedures and ultrasound Preferred Education and Experience: MD or DO degree with completion of OB/GYN residency Minimum of 2 years’ experience in obstetrics, preferably in hospitalist settings managing high-risk pregnancies Experience working with electronic fetal monitoring and high-acuity obstetric cases Other Requirements: Active medical license in Minnesota or eligibility for IMLC Willingness to work 24-hour hospital shifts, with flexibility for 12-hour shifts if preferred Ability to obtain credentials within 90-120 days Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment Must pass credentialing and background checks; candidate file must be clean for emergency temp workers Elevate your career while making a difference in women's health.
