What You'll Need Valid Medical License to Practice in California Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Family Medicine with OB Experience Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care, including managing labor and delivery Ability to work independently with confidence, managing high-acuity cases Strong communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to adapt to hospital protocols and collaborate with diverse teams Nice to Have: Experience working in Level III NICU settings Familiarity with pseudo laborist models and community-based obstetric care Prior experience with residency rotation supervision Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Preferred Education & Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 3 years of obstetric hospitalist or inpatient OB practice Comfortable managing emergent gynecological cases Other Requirements: Availability to start by 12/31/2025 Ability to travel and complete licensure, certification, and other reimbursements as applicable Committed to providing exceptional care in a level III NICU environment Willing to work in a community hospital setting with backup support from local providers This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to women's health while enjoying a supportive team environment and competitive hourly pay of $234.00.
