This opportunity offers $3,000 per 24-hour call First 2 callback hours included daily $350/hour callback compensation after included hours Facial trauma and ENT call coverage No outpatient clinic responsibilities Hotel-based beeper call structure High-acuity trauma exposure Flexible block scheduling Ongoing coverage opportunities Providers must be comfortable independently managing facial trauma emergencies including mandibular fractures, orbital floor injuries, and complex facial lacerations within a busy trauma center environment.
