Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: North Dakota Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A hospital-based ENT practice in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Board-Certified or truly Board-Eligible ENT (within 3 years of residency) for locum tenens coverage from March–September 2026 . This role focuses on general ENT with light call volume and strong clinical support. Competitive, guaranteed pay Coverage & Schedule March: 9–16 April: 13–20 or April 27–May 4 May–September: Any 7 consecutive days per month (must include a full weekend) Commitment: 7–14 days/month (some holidays included) Weekdays: Clinic 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Night call via pager On-call for inpatient consults during clinic hours Weekends: 24-hour call (includes 4 hours gratis) Practice Details Patient volume: ~16 clinic patients/day Occasional OR days for scheduled cases Minimal call backs Adult and pediatric patients required No significant facial trauma coverage Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 LPNs 2 registration specialists Audiology support EMR: Epic Credentialing: ~45 days ✅ Requirements Board Certified or truly Board Eligible ENT (≤3 years from residency) Ability to see both adult and pediatric patients IMLC accepted; licensure candidates considered Clean malpractice and background history ✈️ Travel & Lodging Airfare reimbursement (cap applies) Rental car provided (standard vehicle; SUV with pre-approval) Contracted hotel accommodations arranged Interested in one or multiple 2026 blocks?
