Locum Physician (MD/DO) - Otolaryngology in South Carolina

Doctor of Medicine | Otolaryngology Location: South Carolina Employer: Austin Major Group Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking an Otolaryngologist to provide facial trauma and ENT call coverage in South Carolina. This is a call-only assignment with no outpatient or clinic responsibilities. Overview: Call Schedule: 8a–8a (unless otherwise noted) Call Type: Hotel call (not in-house) after daily responsibilities are complete Facility: 500+ bed Level II Trauma Center Covering all ENT and facial trauma cases presenting to the ED Performing surgical procedures as needed Rounding on post-operative and inpatient cases Providing consults Must be comfortable managing facial trauma, including: Mandible fractures Orbital floor fractures Eyelid lacerations Approx. 5–6 consults per day (can be higher on weekends) Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology Active South Carolina Medical License CSR (Controlled Substance Registration) DEA (must be eligible for permanent SC registration) Comfortable working independently in a high-volume trauma setting
