This opportunity is ideal for an interventional pain specialist who enjoys working in an outpatient ambulatory setting with a supportive clinical team. Position Overview • Start Date: April 20, 2026 Assignment Length: 26 weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Call: Office call only after hours and weekends Practice Setting: Outpatient Pain Management Clinic Providers may also float between the ambulatory clinic and procedure space as needed. Practice Environment • Ambulatory clinic setting Dedicated support staff including LPN and clinic secretary Structured weekday schedule with no hospital call requirements Epic EMR system Procedures Performed The provider should be comfortable performing a variety of interventional pain procedures , including: Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) Peripheral nerve blocks Trigger point injections Sacroiliac joint injections Spinal cord stimulator trials Genicular nerve blocks and RFA Intercostal nerve blocks Piriformis injections ✔ Requirements • Board Certified in Pain Management Active New York medical license BLS certification required 1–2 years of experience post-fellowship Fellowship training in interventional pain medicine Epic EMR experience preferred ⭐ Ideal Candidate • Comfortable managing ambulatory pain management patients Skilled in a variety of interventional procedures Strong collaboration and communication skills Available for a 26-week locum assignment Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
