Required Skills Pediatric Board Certification or Current Pediatric Residency Certification (Highly Preferred) Proven experience in hospitalist or pediatric clinical settings Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team Flexibility to rotate between clinic, call, and weekend coverage Comfort with newborn and pediatric patient care Nice to Have Skills: Experience with CLIA-waived testing and in-office diagnostics Prior experience with hospital-based pediatric care Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems Bilingual abilities are a plus Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics Minimum of 2+ years of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred Other Requirements: Active medical license in the state of practice Willingness to participate in rotating call schedule, including weekends Commitment to maintaining certifications and staying current with medical advancements Ability to provide documentation for all overtime and callback hours Complete all pre-hire requirements, including background checks and drug screening Eligible to work in the United States Discover a beautiful community with stunning landmarks like the London Bridge and enjoy outdoor activities such as boating, hiking, and off-roading while making a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare.
