Doctor of Medicine | Physical Medicine Location: New York Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position An excellent locum opportunity for a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with Pain Management experience is available in New York . This role offers a structured weekday schedule with a mix of clinic-based care and interventional pain procedures in a supportive outpatient environment. This opportunity is ideal for physicians seeking a procedural-focused practice with consistent daytime hours . Position Highlights • Start Date: April 2026 Assignment Length: 26 weeks Schedule: Monday – Friday Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Setting: Outpatient / Ambulatory Clinic Call: Office call only (after-hours and weekends) Practice Environment • Outpatient pain management setting Support staff including clinic secretary and LPN Occasional coverage between clinic and procedural space Patient population includes adults and geriatric patients Clinical Responsibilities The physician will provide evaluation, treatment, and interventional procedures for patients with pain-related conditions. Procedures may include Epidural Steroid Injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Medial Branch Blocks Radiofrequency Ablation Nerve Blocks Trigger Point Injections Sacroiliac Joint Injections Spinal Cord Stimulator Trials Genicular Nerve Blocks and RFA Intercostal Nerve Blocks Piriformis Injections Additional responsibilities include Evaluating and managing patient treatment plans Coordinating diagnostic and referral care Collaborating with clinic staff and interdisciplinary teams Maintaining accurate clinical documentation using Epic EMR ✔ Requirements • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management or PM&R Active New York medical license required BLS certification required Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship Experience performing interventional pain procedures Familiarity with Epic EMR ⭐ Ideal Candidate • Skilled in interventional pain management procedures Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting Strong communication and patient care skills Collaborative and detail-oriented approach to care ✨ This is an excellent opportunity for a PM&R physician seeking a consistent weekday schedule with a procedural pain management focus.
