Doctor of Medicine | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: North Dakota Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty: Psychiatry Location: North Dakota Job Type: Locum Tenens We are seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatrist for an ongoing inpatient locum opportunity with a structured 7 on/7 off schedule and a collaborative care environment. ️ Schedule Start: Early August (flexible within the week) Ongoing coverage 7 days on / 7 days off 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM shifts 1–2 nights of call per 7-day rotation Practice Setting Inpatient psychiatry unit (24 beds) Includes adult and adolescent patients (6-bed adolescent unit) ER and hospital consults required Opportunity to utilize telemedicine for consults ⚙️ Responsibilities Manage inpatient psychiatric cases Provide ER and general hospital consults Work collaboratively with another psychiatrist on alternating schedule Participate in multidisciplinary care with support teams Support 1–2 APPs (depending on schedule) Social work and discharge planning team Intake and support staff EMR EPIC ✅ Requirements Board Certified Psychiatrist Comfortable treating all age groups (adult & adolescent) Willing to work inpatient setting with consults Active or willing to obtain state license
