We have COO approval to proceed while PAWS routes for signatures Old job is 868955 and 906341 and 946689 and 964276 MUST have ID License DEA/CSR We are looking for these specific dates until the end of 2026 Aug 13-Aug 17 at 7aSept 10 - Sept 14th at 7aNovember 5- Nov 9th 7aDecember 3 - 7th at 7aDecember 31 Candidate needs to do open heart and will need to be able to do CABG and aortic dissections shift is 7a to 7a - 24 hour shifts The provider must be competent to cover any adult cardiac and thoracic and vascular surgical case. The provider must hold a current American Board of Thoracic Surgery Certification Support Staff: Surgical team to include - first-assistant NP/PA two surgical techs one RN circulator anesthesiologist ICU nursing staff step-down nursing staff 4th floor. The provider is required to be available for rounding on all in-patients daily and 24/7 CVT call coverage each day.
