Required Procedures/Duties: Vascular: Aneurysm repairs Abdominal Arterial bypass Peripheral Vascular Access Devices AV shunt Endovascular: Bypass Surgery Femoral Popliteal Bypass Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions Peripheral Artery Disease Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 Days Requirements Board Certified - [ REQUIRED] , willing to accept truly Board Eligible A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation.
