Key Skills and Qualifications Board Certification (BC or BE) in Urology Active Pennsylvania medical license Valid DEA certification Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage a wide range of urological conditions and patient demographics Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hospital-based practice Prior outpatient or surgical urology experience Comfortable working independently without APP support Strong multitasking and time management abilities Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 2 years of urology practice experience Familiarity with hospital credentialing and regulation requirements Other Requirements: Availability for 24-hour shifts on a PRN basis, approximately once every 12-14 weeks Willingness to provide coverage for shifts at Chambersburg, Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Center Commitment to maintaining a clean credentialing file; temporary licenses supported during credentialing period Participation in the 24-hour day/night shift schedule, with 10-12 hour callbacks This is more than just a job—it's an opportunity to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
