This VA facility offers a fulfilling opportunity to care for veterans with a manageable workload, flexible scheduling and the ability to work using any active unrestricted US State License. Contract Dates: 03/17/2026 - 03/17/2027 (Presentation needed by 02/09/2026) Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri, 7:30am-4pm Schedules: Clinic & Operating Room schedules can vary. Total hours per week are not to exceed 40. Rate : Negotiable Requirements Licensed Urologist. (State reciprocity) BLS & ACLS DEA Board Certified or Evidence of Board Eligible Occupational Health Testing for one or more LCATs Clean Malpractice Proof of successful completion of an approved residency program in Urology during which 3 years devoted to Urological surgery
