Required Skills: Board-eligible or board-certified in Urology Valid PA medical license and DEA certification Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in urology Strong clinical skills in general urology procedures and patient management Proficiency with the EPIC electronic medical records system Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle a high patient volume (40-70 patients per day) Nice to Have Skills: Experience with specialized urology procedures or advanced techniques Familiarity with ambulatory surgery centers and outpatient care settings Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution Successful completion of Urology residency program Prior experience working in a busy clinical or hospital setting Other Requirements: Willingness to work scheduled shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday Ability to cover six weeks of scheduled shifts per month during specified periods Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to all healthcare regulations Transportation or licensing accommodations, if applicable This is a fantastic chance to advance your career with a reputable practice supporting your growth and work-life balance.
