This assignment offers consistent weekend blocks , procedural exposure, and additional earning potential through callback when active. What this looks like: $3,000/day call rate Weekend-only schedule Additional callback earnings Community hospital environment Assignment Highlights Top 15–20% pay nationally (2026 urology locum call coverage) Weekend-only coverage 2 weekends per month required (holidays required) 24-hour call model 2 callback hours included in daily call rate No clinic responsibilities Independent call coverage (no APP support) Epic EMR ( providers may test out of Epic training ) All hours billable Travel, lodging, and rental car covered Malpractice insurance provided HPA Healthcare is a Joint Commission–certified agency Active member of NALTO
