Required Skills Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Urology Valid Pennsylvania Medical License DEA Certification Minimum of 5 years of Urology practice experience Proficiency in general urology procedures and inpatient care Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to handle 24-hour call shifts independently Nice to Have Skills: Experience with Epic EMR system Prior community hospital practice Exposure to trauma patient management Additional certifications in related urology specialties Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree from an accredited institution At least 5 years’ post-residency Urology experience in a hospital setting Proven ability to manage diverse urological cases with minimal supervision Other Requirements: Availability to work two weekends per month and holidays Willingness to support inpatient and ER call coverage Credentialing within approximately 90 days; expedited credentialing available Travel and licensure reimbursements as applicable This is a fantastic chance to advance your career while making a meaningful impact on patient lives.
