We are looking for a committed and skilled Urology specialist to join our team, offering flexible coverage for inpatient and call responsibilities at UPHS Marquette. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Valid medical license and relevant certification in Urology Proven experience in managing urological conditions such as kidney stones, hematuria, and stent placements Strong clinical skills including inpatient rounding, patient consultations, and emergency call support Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently within a hospital setting Ability to respond promptly and provide high-quality care within a 20-minute onsite response window Nice to Have Skills: Experience with hospital procedures like CBI, difficult catheter placements, and urinary tract interventions Prior experience in a similar call coverage environment Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation standards Preferred Education and Experience: Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in Urology Board certification in Urology is highly desirable Other Requirements: Flexibility to work around scheduled dates starting June 10, 2026 Ability to provide 24-hour call coverage, including overnight shifts, with an expected onsite presence of 2-4 hours daily Willingness to handle patient consults, transfers, and emergent cases as needed Availability for ongoing assignments and adherence to hospital protocols and documentation practices This is a fantastic chance to enhance your professional journey while providing impactful urological care.
