Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: North Dakota Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist (within 5 years of residency) for an ongoing locum opportunity in North Dakota. This position offers a balanced mix of clinic, call, and scheduled surgeries while supporting a permanent provider. Coverage Dates Needed Multiple week-long and weekend blocks available from June through December , including: June 1 – June 8 August (multiple weekend and week options) September (multiple blocks available) October (several weekend options; 2 weekends needed) November 6 – November 16 November 20 – November 23 December (multiple blocks including Dec 18 – Dec 28) Ongoing coverage needs — flexible providers preferred. Practice Setting Clinic + Call Clinic located within the hospital EMR: Epic Support Staff: 3 RNs, 1 CNA Credentialing timeframe: Approximately 90 days ‍⚕️ Clinical Responsibilities Outpatient clinic (15–20 scheduled patients per day) 2–3 in-clinic procedures daily Scheduled and emergent surgeries (typically 3–4 per day on surgery days) 1–3 callback patients daily Rounding on post-op patients Inpatient consults when on day call Weekend and night call coverage required Required Procedures: Cystoscopy Cystoscopy with dilation General urologic surgical cases No robotics required ✅ Requirements Board Certified (Preferred) or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Active North Dakota license (Highly Preferred) DEA license Case logs required for presentation and offer Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of submission (Required) Completion of credentialing application and supplemental documentation ✈️ Travel & Logistics Preferred hotel accommodations provided Domestic air travel only Why This Opportunity?
