Key Skills and Qualifications Board Certification in Urology Valid NY Medical License in Hand Epic Electronic Medical Records experience Strong clinical and procedural skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to adapt to a fast-paced hospital environment Commitment to providing high-quality outpatient and consult services Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgery (limited availability) Prior work in a Level III Trauma Center Knowledge of hospital-based outpatient and inpatient workflows Multilingual capabilities Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree At least 2 years of post-residency experience in urology Recent clinical practice with adult patient care Other Requirements: BLS certification Availability for 24-hour call shifts (flexible based on your availability) Clean work history with no significant employment gaps Clear malpractice history or physician statement if applicable Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and outpatient procedures This role offers competitive compensation, a weekly pay schedule through direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, generous referral bonuses, and support with licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements.
