Doctor of Medicine | Urology Location: York, PA Employer: Alumni Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Specialty State PA Location 1001 S George St, York, PA, 17403-3676 Requirements Specialty: Urology Trauma level: 1 Amount of coverage needed: What type of schedule are you seeking: 24 hour call 24 hour call June 1st 7am through June 12th at 7am June 22nd 7am through June 26th at 5PM July 1st 7am through July 10th at 5PM July 13th 7 AM through July 20th at 7AM • Support Staff: Office/Clinic 4 MA's and 1 CSA 1 RN • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: full-time locums but split up when scheduling • callback: 2-6 hours per day • Patient Population/Age: Over 18 with the exception of a emergency torsion that would present during call at YH • Department Description: 24 hour beeper call · EMR System: EPIC Practice Setting: Hospital Robotic surgery?: Yes Scope- Yes - if that is part of their practice. Not required. # of operating rooms: 16 total - York Hospital and Apple Hill surgery Supervisions of NP/Pas required: Yes - We will have new APP's Office equipment available: Cycstiscope and Towers - Injections Core procedures required Y/N: Vasectomy - Yes Vasectomy reversal - Yes - Not a mandatory procedure Cystoscopy - Yes in OR Prostate procedures Yes Ureteroscopy - Yes in OR Penile pilcation Penile implants - Rare Lithotripsy - Yes Circumcision - OB Manages for Children - Possibility on rare occasions while I call if OB would need support. Orchiopexy - Yes Requirements: · Board Certification: BC or BE in Urology · License required: PA License is preferred for quicker Start · DEA: required · Minimum experience required: 1 year Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days temps available with clean file We mix cysto/ stent procedures with office visits usually around 24-28 patients could be less unless there is an urgent need should not be more.
