We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Urology Physician to join our dynamic hospital setting starting June 1, 2026. Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology PA License (preferred for quicker onboarding) DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of relevant Urology experience Strong clinical skills and proficiency in core procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate procedures, ureteroscopy, circumcision, and Orchiopexy Excellent communication and patient management abilities Ability to perform in a high-volume hospital setting with a trauma level 1 designation Nice to Have Skills: Experience with robotic surgery Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly EPIC Ability to supervise NP/PAs comfortably Skilled in managing diverse patient populations, including occasional pediatric cases Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) At least 1 year of post-residency urology practice Other Requirements: Active PA license preferred for expedited credentialing Availability to work 24-hour call shifts with callback duties Willingness to support occasional pediatric cases or OB-related support if needed Ability to support hospital in operating procedures such as vasectomy, cystoscopy, prostate treatments, lithotripsy, and rare penile procedures Enjoy a competitive hourly pay rate of $443.43, weekly pay via direct deposit, and comprehensive benefits including medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements when applicable, and a robust referral bonus program.
