Specialty: Vascular Surgery Coverage Needs: Priority dates needing immediate coverage: 6/2-6/5 6/30-7/10 Ideal candidate can offer two weeks on and two weeks off ongoing Shifts: 8am - 430pm Monday - Friday Call: Weekend Call 1:3-Ocassional 2 weekends a month Setting: Inpatient rounding, outpatient clinic, procedures and surgery utilizing cath/IR/hybrid/OR/Vascular lab, week and weekend call coverage, holiday call coverage, vascular testing reads Support Staff: 4 APP's Will not be supervising Census: New & Established visit types only 2025 Clinic Volume: 5995 (combined between 3 surgeons) Procedures: Provider Productivity 90th percentile 2025 Volumes: 2371 OR: 566 Invasive: 1323 Satellite: 184 Minor Cosmetic: 276 Testing Reads: 10195 Proctoring requirement 5 cases EMR: Epic/Dragon Board Certification: Board Certified Travel: Hospital will cover Credentialing timeline: 30 days (can get temps with clean file) Requirements: BLS, ACLS MI State License or IMLC MI DEA or willing to transfer
