If you are looking for a fun and exciting atmosphere, now is the perfect time to jump start your career.The Lodge Casino opened its doors in June 1998, in Black Hawk, CO.Our property features more than 52,000 square feet of state-of-the-art gaming space, four delicious restaurants, nearly 900 slot machines, 23 table games, four bars and 50 spacious boutique hotel rooms.Our employees are supported with a comprehensive benefits program that include the following:$200 Referral Bonus Tuition Reimbursement 7 paid Holidays 80 hours of Vacation after 1 year of employment 48 Hours of Sick Time available immediately and renews annually We offer a variety of affordable medical, dental, vision and flexible spending account plans after 60 days Employee Assistance Program FREE of charge Company paid Life Insurance and AD&D Company paid short and long term disability Matching 401K program after 90 days Employee Meal Discounts Free Parking Discounted Bus Tickets Ongoing learning and development programs Work towards your future advancement within the company--most of our supervisors and managers are promoted from within Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:Provide direct oversight and operational support to multiple food and beverage outlets and their General Managers Ensure consistent execution of corporate hospitality vision, brand standards, and service expectations across all assigned outlets Identify operational gaps and implement standardized processes, procedures, and best practices Conduct regular operational reviews, site walks, and performance assessments Support the Director of Food & Beverage in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for all food and beverage operations Analyze financial performance, labor efficiency, and cost controls at the outlet level Partner with outlet leaders to address variances and implement corrective action plans Assist in inventory controls, purchasing practices, and adherence to COGS and labor targets Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers, Assistant Managers, and senior outlet leaders Reinforce leadership expectations, accountability, and performance management standards Support succession planning and leadership pipeline development across food and beverage operations Serve as a role model for professional leadership behaviors and company values Lead and support cross-property initiatives, rollouts, and operational improvement projects Partner with culinary leadership, marketing, VIP services, casino operations, and hotel teams to enhance guest experiences Support innovation initiatives related to service models, menus, and guest engagement strategies Support property-wide food safety, sanitation, and alcohol compliance efforts across multiple outlets Ensure consistent application of food safety and alcohol service standards in front-of-house operations Monitor ServSafe certification compliance and training completion for applicable team members Assist with audit preparation, inspections, documentation review, and trend analysis Mentor General Managers and outlet leaders on food safety leadership, risk awareness, and corrective actions Consistent execution of service, operational, and brand standards across outlets Measurable improvement in outlet-level performance and operational consistency Development of strong, ready-now leadership bench for General Manager and senior roles Effective financial performance support and variance management Strong compliance outcomes and audit readiness Oversight of multi-outlet front-of-house food safety and alcohol compliance Standardization of food safety practices across assigned outlets Audit preparation support, documentation review, and trend analysis Ongoing mentorship of General Managers and outlet leaders on compliance and risk management Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Food Safety Guidelines, Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting Skills, Education and Other Requirements:Multi-unit or multi-outlet food and beverage leadership experience Strong financial, analytical, and operational expertise Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration Proven coaching and talent development capabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills 3years of experience in high-volume foo
