Job Title: Logistics Analyst Location: United States Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to support transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will analyze logistics data, optimize shipping and inventory processes, monitor carrier performance, and help improve operational efficiency while reducing costs. Key Responsibilities Analyze transportation, shipping, and logistics data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Monitor inventory movement, warehouse operations, and delivery performance. Prepare logistics reports, dashboards, and KPI analysis for management. Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements. Support route optimization, freight analysis, and transportation planning. Assist in resolving shipping issues, delays, and operational challenges. Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and U.S. transportation regulations. Support supply chain and distribution projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or operations analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools. Experience with ERP, WMS, or TMS systems is preferred. Familiarity with shipping, freight, and warehouse operations. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools is a plus. Experience with inventory management and distribution planning. APICS or logistics-related certifications are a plus.
