Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Coordinator / Dispatch Support Location: Northlake, IL Schedule Tuesday–Saturday schedule Monday–Saturday availability required during peak season Available shifts: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.50 per hour Job Responsibilities: Conduct driver check-ins and provide dispatch support Review delivery photos for accuracy and completion Assist with schedule management and route coordination Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely manner Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate communication with drivers and internal teams Requirements: Strong multitasking and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented Positive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment Business casual attire required (no leggings or athletic wear) Additional Information: Overtime opportunities available during peak seasons Candidates must be flexible with scheduling during high-volume periods
